Heard has changed my life.

This podcast and Ben have changed my life in so many ways.
I came across it in 2018 at the start of the second season.
I was going through a very tough moment in my life and listening to it has taught me a lot about myself, what I was experiencing as a human and what it means to be a human in this world of ours.
I was in a state of mind where I didn’t feel like writing a review because I needed so much to first listen and internalise everything.
So I’m doing it right now, because I’m re-listening to it from the very beginning and still I’m learning new things!
Ben is a being of pure light and I will never be thankful enough for all the wisdom and acceptance he’s brought into my life through this podcast and all the amazing human beings who took part in it.
One episode in particular has literally changed my life. Literally.
Ben if you’re reading this, I really hope you’ll decide one day to resume this podcast and maybe to get in contact again with all your previous guests to hear how 2020 and pandemic might have changed their views on the topics they spoke about the first time around.
I highly recommend this podcast, especially if you feel you need to understand more of yourself or maybe you’re trying to reconnect with your true self. This podcast really does what it claims: it tells you what it means to be alive. You just have to listen.
This podcast will be a rollercoaster of emotions that will leave your heart and soul much richer of understanding, love and compassion for yourself and mankind.
