The Art of Encouragement
In this episode Cass goes on a deep dive on what encouragement is, exploring its Biblical foundations and distinguishing it from flattery & compliments. In doing so we can understand the the differences between flattery and genuine encouragement, equipping ourselves to engage in uplifting dialogue that honours God and edifies His people. We are, after all, called to be his family, building one another up. And that takes a lot of encouragement.
If you struggle to give or receive encouragement or find you are giving it out flippantly, then this episode is for you

Sharing the gospel isn't always easy, in fact for many, its hard. So how do we overcome that and what are some of the common barriers we face as christians & the Church? How does mission & evangelism work, what does cross-cultural mission look like, how do we know someone is ready to be sent overseas, what about culture and our new identity in Christ?
Dr Tim Silberman and myself sat down and discussed all this and more.
