While I still enjoy life, I did my best to eat as cleanly as possible, supplemented with WholeSupp and for me, the result was very natural and sustainable. Yes there were ups and downs but I got there.
Darren agreed to join me and share the story of his business which was recently vote No.1 supplement in Mens Health and is now shipping the product 22 countries around the world. #1 Rhona Bradshaw: Know your super powers

Leading Women in the telecom and cable industry, Rhona takes us through her career and more.

In this episode, I got a chance to sit down with my sister and talk to her about her career to date, her motivations, her challenges and her approach to life. At the time of the interview, Rhona was the Senior Vice President of digital with Comcast. Her title has since changed to Senior Vice President Consumer Experience Transformation at Comcast.
I'm so proud to start this podcast with my sister. We recorded the conversation in her home in Philadelphia and what I learned from this was the fact that having a coach or a sponsor in your career is so important. Also, to dive into something and give it your best before you decide it's not for you. And more importantly, be part of a diverse environment with many points of view so you can learn and navigate your way through life with some perspective of other points of view.

#51 Damien Wildes: The Art Of Suffering

#51 Damien Wildes: The Art Of Suffering

Damien Wildes is a normal guy on the surface. Married, a Dad, from a loving family background, sporty. Nothing surprising, until he talks about the water, his obsession with putting himself in the most uncomfortable situations he's known to date.

What you don't know from the surface view is that he has prone paddle boards across the Irish see for nearly 15 hours, where he navigated through jellyfish, battle demons in his mind, felt like his shoulders were about to fall off and fuelled by Percy Pigs which ended up seizing his stomach while in the middle of the sea and no where to go.

I spoke to Damien about his desire for adventure, what family means to him and why he enjoys placing himself in dark, tortuous to many situations, all for the opportunity to grow.

Damien loves the water and encourages everyone on this island of Ireland to route themselves in the water, understand the benefits and enjoy the abundance we are spoiled with every day.

The art of suffering is something that stems from the Shaolin Monks and is embodied in Damiens pursuit of purpose and adventure.

His love for his family is undeniable, and his honesty about being a parent is refreshing.

#50 Jason Hennessy: Turning his love for a sport into a global success

#50 Jason Hennessy: Turning his love for a sport into a global success

What we know about Jason Hennessy is that he has been a passionate rugby enthusiast since a young age. When he missed his preferred third-level course by just 10 points, he considered pursuing a career as a chef, influenced by some of his family members. However, Jason realized that wasn't his true calling. After experiencing some challenging moments and receiving valuable advice from his mother, he managed to transform his love for rugby into one of the most prominent rugby websites globally, known as rugbylad.ie.
Jason is on the verge of embarking on a journey with the United Rugby Championship, and we're here to celebrate this news on the podcast. His path to this point hasn't been straightforward, but it has been filled with excitement and joy. He exudes warmth and kindness, and his zest for life is truly infectious. During our conversation, Jason opens up about his close relationship with his parents, who he considers his best friends, as well as the challenges he's faced and how he sought support through counseling, among many other topics.
Jason's mantra is to be a good person and live by that principle every day. There's no valid reason why people shouldn't treat each other with kindness, and I wholeheartedly believe in that. This is a lighthearted conversation with plenty of insights to uncover. If you wish to connect with Jason, you can reach him at info@rugbylad.ie or find him on Instagram @rugbylad.
