Kyle Courtaway is an expert in talent development and leadership. He is based in Illinois, United States. He has over 25 year of experience and has helped many individuals reach their leadership goals including many that work with Fortune 500 organisations. Kyle and I had a conversation about how a great leader could be, and what it takes to be a good leader. Kyle and I had a dive into human psychology and the things we humans remember from a boss. Kyle says that people can be incredibly specific about how it felt to work for a challenging boss because we create a lot of clarity when things get difficult.

Özlem is an Amsterdam-based multilingual and multicultural teacher, presenter, and author. Her lifelong passion for self-development, spirituality, and personal growth led her to study Behavioural Sciences and Education in Amsterdam in her early twenties. While working and living in multiple countries she became more and more aware that wisdom was doing the work. She started doing retreats, courses, and workshops all over the world to do true self-inquiry and connect to deeper layers of herself and constantly expand her mindset. Her vision is to help people to LEARN, PRACTICE, EVOLVE and TRANSFORM in all areas of life.
