2023 Year in Review, 2024 Plans, & Life Lessons Weightlifting House

2023 is coming to a close. Given all of the changes this year, particularly with Weightlifting House, Philosophical Weightlifting, and our professional and personal lives, what better way to finish it than with a year-end wrap-up.

In this podcast episode, we summarize our year with one word and talk about what we would like to start/stop/and keep doing in 2024.
