Hi, I’m Pascale Gibon! Welcome to episode 279 of The Everyday Life Balance Show. Thank you for tuning in.

This is the third part of The Yes! To Love Philosophy series.
We have covered two principles so far to overcome your life’s challenges with ease.
In episode 277, the first principle is to develop a great attitude.
And in episode 278 the second principle is to take 100% responsibility for your life and results.

The third principle of the Yes! to Love Philosophy is to be peace itself to overcome, with ease, your life’s challenges.

What does it mean?

It is challenging, isn’t it, to see things clearly from a place of anger or frustration. Somehow our mind seems clouded with wanting to blame others or the environment for our circumstances. However, being in peace is your truth. In this emotional state of inner peace and balance, devoid of attachment, you can easily see clearly and move mountains.

Have you noticed how you feel and what happens when you try to solve a problem in a state of anger and frustration? Your heart is not in it, and you are not happy and at peace.

However, reaching a state of inner balance in the form of inner peace changes your horizon and perspective. It means that when you are not attached to the past, you trust that no matter what, you can solve the challenge that presents itself.

Most of the time, our negative emotions take the best of us and try to dominate. However, as you develop emotional intelligence, you get greater inner peace and balance. This assumption does not mean that getting angry does not happen. It suggests that anger, which is low vibrational energy, is a choice and not your permanent state of being. On the other hand, you align with high vibrational energy when you say Yes! to Love.

Emotional intelligence includes the control of your emotions because they are just energy in motion. Children understand very well the idea of emotions being energy in motion. Indeed, emotions come and go.
Have you noticed how children change swiftly from laughing to crying to laughing again? Adults, on the other hand, sulk for days, months or years.

Remember that suffering occurs when we think of a past event that hurt us. There is no suffering in the present moment.

Maintaining and being peace is a choice and a state of mind that encourages a high level of resilience. Additionally, being peaceful means putting the E.G.O (Edging God Out) aside and embracing an energy that brings harmony.

I suggest you take a moment to reflect on peace and say: "I am peace." How do you feel? Do you have a sense of serenity, or are there things like negative thoughts you need to release? The more you release whatever gets in the way of your inner peace, like anger, frustration, jalousie or resentment, the more peace you get. What is needed is a greater affinity with your true divine essence; peace itself.

Since peace is your truth and divine essence, what do you need to release, just for today, to change your current state into one of peace?

I hope you enjoyed this episode.

Remember, now is your time to transform your life one step at a time.

Your action step in this episode is to release anything in the form of a negative thought, feeling or emotion that gets in the way of a peaceful state and peace of mind.

Here is the question again:
If you feel troubled, what needs releasing to change your current state into one of peace?
I look forward to connecting with you next Monday.

Have a fantastic week, take good care and lots of love.
