In this episode, we are joined by Anna Baker Cresswell founder of High Ground, a charity that helps ex-service personnel find employment in the land-based sector and provides horticultural therapy to those currently serving in the military. We discuss how the college has changed since Anna’s time as a student at MPW London, she offers her advice to those considering starting a charity or business and tells us about the important work that High Ground does.
