In celebration of the upcoming one year anniversary of the Inexperienced at Life podcast, I talk about how purging my closet has had effects on other areas of my life that needed purging as well. Whether it be actual things, environments, or relationships I talk about how freeing the "junk" has made room in my life/closet for things that actually serve me.

I dive right into all the feels in this episode by talking about venting and emotional dumping. I also talk about some tips on how to navigate our emotions and whether we're a "dumper" or a "dumpee". 

This episode is off hand but lighthearted; I talk about (and make fun) of myself about the things I've noticed since pregnancy. I also throw in some lessons I've learned on being ok with where you are at and putting in your daily one percent.
