Lead by Betsy Gustafsson, team members Rubye, Marilee, Chiamise, Peter, Lester, and special guest Dhi Villapando discuss their original reaction to the global pandemic of Covid-19, and their experiences during the quarantine/stay-at-home order instituted in the city of Charlotte for almost two months. The team also discuss their hope to return to their day to day activities, and show the world  they can continue to provide the excellent customer experience they're accustomed to provide to those who visit the queen city.
