In this week’s episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I had super fun interview with John Mansor, Co-owner of Archer Acquisitions! They are a real estate syndication company based out of Boston that specializes in multifamily and RV parks! It was such an honor to sit down with John and hear a bit about the Archer story. They began their journey wholesaling in MA, leveraging OPM (other people’s money) to buy deals, and eventually made the pivot to searching for large commercial assets! John loves chatting about how the team got involved with the RV park asset class, and what they are working on going forward!
