"Hold on, I was using Viber nearly a decade ago...Are they really still around? "
Not only is the company still around, but they are really ahead of the curve with regards to building a flexible hybrid workplace for their workforce globally.
Our two guests share the ins and outs, the "vibes", of their hybrid workplace, and put a major focus on the steps they followed to come up with a working model offering both flexibility and in-person collaboration to cater to the needs of their employees.
Gali and Sirena share with us that there is no one-size-fits-all solution and that organizations should, first and foremost, communicate with their employees and listen to them carefully.

Building a startup remotely with someone you never met. The fascinating story of David Djian (CEO) and Aris Mastorakis (COO), co-founders of Darian Fintech

In this episode, David Djian and Aris Mastorakis, the two co-founders of Darian Fintech, share with us their inspiring story of two seasoned finance executives who didn't even know each other before the pandemic outbreak in February 2020 and ended up starting their own fintech business remotely without meeting physically.

David is based out of Tel Aviv (Israel) and Aris is located in Athens (Greece). When we recorded this one-of-a-kind podcast episode, the two entrepreneurs hadn't met physically not even once because of the travel restrictions involved by the Covid-19 crisis.

They tell us about their drive to embark on an entrepreneurial journey despite the numerous challenges of being remote and not really knowing each other. They also share their plans to raise funding from investors to hire and go global

How do you stay engaged remotely? How do you get started with someone you never physically met?

A very authentic story of two passionate people who took the plunge into entrepreneurship in the midst of a global pandemic and looking to bring massive value to CEOs and CFOs with their solution.

"All-In" culture in a Work-From-Anywhere setting. A unique interview with Lisa Zaythik, Chief People Officer @ AppsFlyer 🚀

In this episode, Lisa Zaythik, Chief People Officer @ AppsFlyer shares with us a decade of experience building people operations business units in a dynamic environment that embraces change, accepts differences, and challenges the  "status quo".

We speak about that "all-in" culture so special to AppsFlyer and she describes how the company adapted in 2020 when all of a sudden, it had to send over 1,000 employees across 19 offices work from home.

How do you keep people engaged and connected to the company's mission?
How to address Zoom fatigue challenges?
How to make sure your people are mentally and physically healthy?

An excellent leadership lesson and a great example of the importance to be people-obsessed, even more in an all-digital work-from-anywhere world of work. Lots of companies have a business plan, but few have a people plan. Listen to what it means to have one and dive into the very heart of the rocketship AppsFlyer.

We also speak about diversity; equity and inclusion and particularly the fabulous initiative launched in 2019 - AppsFlyer Cares. Check out their website https://www.appsflyer.com/appsflyer-cares/
