In this special 2-part podcast series listen to two small-to-medium sized practitioners, Debbie Gorsline, FCPA, FCMA and Susan McIsaac, FCPA, FCA, and a human resources manager, Brianna Courneya, provide their first-hand experiences on how they have addressed the topic of mental health at their firms. In addition in this special podcast we focus our discussion about mental health to talk about the following key areas:
1) Defining the term “mental health” and how the term may have different meanings for practitioners
2) Reviewing examples of how mental health issues can impact practitioners both on a personal and professional level and
3) Discuss how practitioners (and their firms) can develop effective strategies to address mental health issues as they arise
