Mel Loizou is the founder of Fish Climb Trees. Over the past twenty years, Mel has focussed on helping individuals, teams and businesses realise their potential. She started out in the hospitality industry focussing on sales and marketing and then moved into the University sector running commercial operations with responsibility for 600 people and 21 different business functions.  She then joined an IT software company and during this time, she also undertook a Masters degree in Marketing and became a master practitioner of NLP.
