Our guest, Ian Bower of Building Futures, shares his journey from running a multi-million operating business to exiting to focus on multi-million pound property deals. 
 
Ian joined Property Entrepreneur 4 years ago to find the peer group he had been looking for and joined the Property Entrepreneur Board 3 years ago. 
 
Ian is a family man and keen runner who has inspired many on Property Entrepreneur to get into marathon running. 
 
He has also worked with many in the community and started a business with fellow Board member Garrett Peers, investing in value-add projects in Ireland and the UK. 
 
Last year, Building Futures acquired 14 deals of which some are with joint venture partners, helping busy entrepreneurs with ambitious plans.
 
In this podcast, we discuss a project which had 8 studios above a commercial unit in Dublin which they did with fellow Property Entrepreneur Billy Turriff. 
 
Ian explains how they found this deal, the numbers and how they structured the deal with their J.V. partner as well as the funding and longer term plans.
