Back in the day when I was a fast growing Empire Builder Property Entrepreneur, the definition of success to me was a big business with a head office, national offices around the UK and a huge team doing multiple seven figure revenues. 
 
However, as the market has changed, my experience has grown and my results have increased, I’ve realised there's a lot of legs in being a highly leveraged, highly lucrative New Age Property Entrepreneur. 
 
As a New Age Property Entrepreneur, you can generate six or seven figure net profits from a team of less than 13 when you understand the blueprint of using employed team members, self employed team members and third party suppliers.
 
In this podcast, I'm going to take you through how just three of my businesses have made over £2,000,000 a year for the last three years with only four employees.

This month we have a special edition of the Deals Deals Deals Podcast featuring Tim Witt who joined Property Entrepreneur last year and Guillaume Black of Property Filter who joined 3 years ago.
 
Tim has great experience in the construction industry having previously worked in Australia and England, project managing large construction projects. He attended the PIN Mastermind and then after taking a year out, Tim was ready to grow his own portfolio and property sourcing business and joined Property Entrepreneur to help grow his team and systemise his business.

We discuss Tim’s background and how his team now sources great residential and commercial conversion deals for his own portfolio and his clients and then deep dive into a commercial conversion project of a warehouse in Greater Manchester.
 
Three flats were converted into a six bed and four bed HMO as well as retaining a two bed flat. Tim shares how they got planning, the huge projected down value they received, right through to the final valuation and his top 3 tips in finding great deals.
