Anna has worked in a variety of fields from research to the military, corporate wellness to elite sports performance, - where she has now really found her niche.

Her goal is to pass on knowledge about circadian rhythm, sleep, stress and performance, not through scientific texts, but through implementable strategies, that can help people change bad habits and ultimately make them understand how they can use sleep as a repeated performance enhancer.
