Zoe has a whole host of qualifications and over 8 years of  experience under her belt as both a Personal Trainer and a Yoga Teacher. This includes Pregnant & Postpartum Athleticism Coaching, Antenatal & Postnatal Fitness Instructing, Crossfit Level 1 and Kettlebell Instructing, as well as 200hrs ofRegistered Yoga Teacher training. She was also an Amazon in the film Wonder Women! She is also a Mum of two.

Her passion lies within empowering pre and post natal women to be strong and healthy throughout pregnancy and into motherhood. This is where her pregnancy training Ebook "Training for Two" was born and something we touch on throughout the pod.
