Her story explains the complex trauma that she experienced as she has waded through the waters of the effects of addiction. Her journey through betrayal trauma recovery is still ongoing and she shares her message of hope and healing with us.
She is joined by a mental health counselor, Kimberly Day, who is trained in the betrayal trauma recovery process. In this episode, we concentrate more on the processes of healing and dig into how one can set boundaries in these kinds of situations.
