Journaling continues to amaze me because it brings out this basic truth.  It is such a powerful tool for self-awareness and self-inquiry. When you ask yourself the right questions and get quiet in your soul and let the answers flow forth, you'll know what direction you should move in and have a greater sense of knowing yourself.



I talk about how you can tune into your inner voice and build a trusting relationship with your inner voice and how to connect with it.



I talk about how you can learn to start journaling for healing and manifestation. I explain the benefits of journaling, the importance of journaling emotions, and what you need to do to process negative emotions when they come up in your journalling practice.



I take you through the different types of journaling and the uses of journaling.  I also give you some journal prompts of carefully curated questions to help get you started and help you identify where you are currently, and what you need emotionally.
