A great listen and insight to keep me entertained when I’m at work, (lorry driver.6
Recently stumbled on the podcast and was unsure at first if it would work for me. Being new, I’ve started at the most recent and am working back 😂 It’s a fascinating and informative insight into the World of F1 both past and present from 2 top blokes who have actually lived the story, and now share those fascinating stories with the listeners. Their stories alone, and knowledge of where F1 is at currently are more than enough to keep me entertained, helped by some great guests along the way, all adding to the enjoyment. I get the criticism from some, about the elite money side of things, but that is just the way the sport is.
I’ve been fortunate in my career to have done a couple of F1 jobs, as well as 10 years as a driver in the rock n roll industry, which was an absolute dream job!!! I have often thought how great it would be if those genuine fans attending a rock/music concert could stay in their seats when the band walk off stage, just to see how that stage is broken down, and loaded onto the trucks, ready to roll to the next gig, it would be a fascinating eye opener.
My first tour was with the Rolling Stones in 2006, after every show, the stage and equipment was taken down, moved, and loaded onto 42 articulated trucks to get to the next show, offload, rebuild, all ready for the next show, 2 or 3 days later in the next country.
Knowing how much EJ loves his music, I reckon there has to be an angle for EJ and DC to put on a live podcast/music festival type show at Silverstone?
A bit Glastonbury almost…….
Could charge a reasonable entry fee, just so it is available to all, (not just those with deep pockets) and donate a decent percentage to a chosen charity….!!!!
EJ/DC, some top quality live podcast guests and a mix of cracking music, with the odd F1 guest appearance, that has to be a winner!!!!

Excellent, as Liberty are trying to change the face of the sport into something unrecognisable, these guys remind you of why you love F1.
Curtail the annoying growl
Both DC and EJ’s charisma compliment each other well and you can’t help but smile at their repartee however, EJ’s growl whilst initially amusing has become an irritation and potential turn off. Bin it its unnecessary👍.
