Just what I was waiting for!

Age with Intention is a thoughtful, thought-provoking and informative podcast, each episode delivered with Ags’ warm, personable and grounded personality shining through. At 38, I have questioned for years why I can’t ‘get away’ with the late nights, the calorie-fests and the all-day pub sessions like I used to: now leaving me worn out, bloated and irritable - as far from my ‘ideal self’ as I could ask for. Age with Intention helps me feel that my next life stage is something to welcome (rather than deny) and even celebrate, and a bit connected to myself, aa well as other women like me. Thank you!
