Are you having a quarter-life crisis? ft Chloe Garland - Millennial Matters: S6 Ep5 Millennial Matters Podcast
-
- Society & Culture
Growing up, we probably all had a rather stereotypical idea of what a mid-life crisis looked like, but no one prepared us for that same sort of feeling in our earlier years. A quarter-life crisis may not be immediately apparent and is brought about by a feeling of unease in all areas of life. Today we chat to Chloe, the founder of Quarter-Life to understand why so many young adults are feeling this way.
Chloë is the founder of Quarter-Life, a career-coaching business that helps young adults experiencing ‘quarter-life crisis’ (a feeling of purposelessness in early adulthood) gain clarity over their lives and careers. Over the last few years she has worked individuals, universities, hospitals, schools and organisations which support disadvantaged young people to help hundreds of young adults prevent and navigate this crisis. Quarter-Life has been featured in Forbes, The Guardian, The Independent, The BBC and earlier in the year was selected to join the third co-hort of the Deutsche bank backed accelerator programme: ‘We In Social Tech’.
