Steve and Martin will keep you entertained whilst discussing the hot topics of the day in the beer world whilst tasting and providing insights into the best beers, interesting breweries and places to visit. Often pulling in an interesting array of guests every episode is a joy.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for years. The hosts are engaging and the news and topics are always interesting. Their use of listener interaction is something which sets them apart from other beer podcasts.

I'm very interested to hear your opinions about beer however I couldn't make out what was being said in this podcast.

Good bits and less good bits. Beer news is the best bit. Also enjoy their chat / discussion off the back of polls that they push out on Twitter. Their reviewing of individual beers can be a bit of an awkward listen, with an obsession over what is ‘on the nose’ and the ABV, and overuse of the words ‘drinkable’ and ‘sessionable’. The pod could benefit with a third member rather than two, who like to talk over each other, finish off each other’s sentances or repeat each other - two hour listen with the same guys is a drag and gets very waffley! It remains on my subscribe list but given how the pods are, I will skip through lots of it.
