I have to say I was blown away by today's guest. Kasey Edwards, Author of Raising Girls Who Like Themselves speaks to me today about the parenting pillars to protect and free your daughter from anxiety, depression, body hatred, poor self-esteem, peer pressure and friendship problems. Although this discussion was started about raising our daughters it quickly turned into a self-reflection of my own body image.
Trigger warning - Please note this episode contains discussions about eating disorders.
