I Just Feel Like Life is Meaningless and Have Too Many BIG Questions
What's the best way to navigate life's endless questions and find meaning in the seemingly meaningless? We deal with this not by desperately seeking answers only intellectually or by rigid methods, but by living out the questions themselves. I'm encouraging you to let experience and life itself provide the answers, suggesting that sometimes, it's okay to let things be meaningless for a while.
For those looking for inspiration, a different perspective, or simply a reminder that it's okay not to have all the answers, this video is a must-watch.
And exciting news for podcast enthusiasts: I've announced plans to bring guests back onto the podcast!

Timely & powerful
I just watched something Scott posted a year ago which is so relevant to me about being lost in life. His way of allowing you to see things. Approaching things with ease. His humbleness. I’m feeling all kinds of ways suicidal and these things you can’t talk to anyone about. Grateful grateful grateful. I’ve listened to one thing but it was impactful. No doubt his other episodes will be just as profound. Appreciate you, your transparency and wisdom Scott thank you. Keep being you, keep being a vessel.

Open your heart and mind with Scott’s Podcast
This is one of my favourite podcasts! I genuinely look forward to every episode because I know that I am going to learn something new and come away feeling inspired. Scott’s passion and energy is like a breath of fresh air - weirdly and wonderfully his voice travels as though he’s with you on your own life journey which is beautiful, especially if you’re having a down day! I admire his knowledge and approach on mental health topics, he is eloquent and honest which makes this podcast most authentic.
The episodes also pull in a range of other topics that affect our mental health and I am always learning something from each one! They open up your mind in a way that encourages us to ask important questions about ourselves and the world we live in and explores ways in which we can we can connect in a more meaningful, balanced and healthier way - mentally and physically.
If you also need some laughter, Scott’s got that too - this podcast will make you smile for sure.
I have always been able to resonate with Scott’s own experiences and I’ve followed his brilliant work for a long time now, which continues to help me with my own mental health. Thank you to Scott for the amazing work that goes into producing each episode I will always be listening! :)
