    AND WE ARE BACK!
It's been a crazy month for us here at Don't Die
A very heavy episode about mental health, addiction in the family, weaponized anonymous tip lines, child custody battles, the new normal of the all-synthetic narcotics market, radical approaches to parenting, "Quality" time, America's victim mentality, Chuk's surgeries and a certain John Hiatt song and a certain Soft Cell song

Thank you all our listeners who reached out during our unplanned break, it means a lot, we love y'all, don't die or lose your mind either

    Episode Two Hundred Seventy One

Bob, Chuk & Elijah have a heavy week. Sorry for the delay between episodes but Bob was having a hard time abiding by the rule of the podcast and a nasty case of RSV had him hallucinating and unable to breathe for his sober anniversary. He's all good now thanks to the intervention of the wonderful Doctor Drew Pinsky, thank you buddy! Topics include how not to take care of your body when you're getting older, America's soul sickness and political breakdown, the Ohtani scandal, emergency poops, wild times with Porno for Pyros, why aren't we talking about the dangers of drugs with our children and a serious tragedy has struck at Elvis' school

Don’t Stop!

I would listen to Bob Forrest talk about anything...he’s just a fantastically colourful, flawed and lovable character. He’s also a great communicator and my day is better when Don’t Die features in it. I also listen to This Life and I’m not an addict nor do I have any in my family. But as a parent I’m learning so much and it greatly influences the way I approach raising my kids now. It also informs how I handle friendships with addict friends. You brighten my day so please don’t stop podcasting! Chuck n Mike are great additions too!!
