Growing up in the 60s and 70s offered us just a few choices when we left school. We often went down career paths advised by careers officers who scarcely knew us, or toed the line and did what was expected of us. As we're the last living generation to have grown up with limited available choice, I wondered how that compares to growing up in a world where anything is possible - as it is today.
In this episode I chat with Athina Crilley - a 24 year old nutrition and fitness coach who is making her own way in life, on her own terms and along the way, she's creating a very successful social media presence (which we'll discuss in a later episode).
