    Ten Game-changing Books for Confidence

    Ten Game-changing Books for Confidence

This one’s a solo episode with me, Katrina Blowers, counting down the top ten game-changing books that have helped me with my confidence over the past year.
The topic for this episode came about after a number of requests from you guys… asking me for book recommendations to help with confidence, putting yourself out there, overcoming imposter syndrome, or just a bit of inspiration to either come up with new goals or rekindle your enthusiasm for achieving the ones you might have written down on a list and never got the motivation or the self belief to tick them off!
Reading is a huge part of my life. And a big part of getting my mindset right for how I tackle hard things. I know a lot of people are probably thinking ‘I don’t have time to read’... or ‘I have kids and a job and a million things to do… I just can’t carve out any space in my life to finish a page, let alone a book!’ so I’m going to share with you how I do it.
Thanks to Term Six Podcast Productions for audio on this episode. As always, the link is in my bio.
I’ll be posting the top ten list in full on insta later this week, so stay tuned!

Discovering Who You Are with Rachael Sarra

Discovering Who You Are with Rachael Sarra

Rachael Sarra’s art is having a moment.
You’ll see it on the side of buses, buildings, on the official team uniform of the firebirds, in the packaging of Lush cosmetics, on postage stamps and even at the entrance of more than a dozen KMART stores.
Her art tells the story of being a proud, modern, indigenous woman. But it’s her story of ‘becoming’ she shares with us today. Of figuring out her place as she straddled two worlds.
In this episode we talk about navigating the pitfalls of social media and processing systemic and casual racism
I had the great pleasure of being on a panel with Rachael recently at a talk we gave to high school students and I was blown away by her wisdom and vulnerability.
So here’s rising star Rachael Sarra… on claiming HER confidence.
