Clever Minds Are Flexible, So Are Smart Printheads with Roberto Campos & Aliasgar Eranpurwala, Seiko Instruments GmbH (Ep. 43 Replay‪)‬ FuturePrint Podcast

    • Technology

In this episode of the FuturePrint podcast Frazer talks to Roberto Campos, Project Manager at People and Technology, and Ali Eranpurwala, Head of Inkjet at Seiko, about the symbiotic relationship between the two companies.
Roberto and Ali stress the importance of post-sale aftercare service, which is vital to customers who don’t want the expense of replacing machines but instead want to make sure the machines are serviced and checked over to prolong their lifespan. As Roberto explains, “inkjet technology will work perfectly, if you’re doing the right maintenance.”
Ali also talks about the success of last year’s ‘Seiko Open Week’, where more than sixty companies visited the Seiko factory in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, to see all of their different printheads in action. This year, Ali and Roberto have joined forces and the two companies ran another open week, this time with the theme ‘Clever Minds are Flexible, so are Smart Print Heads’.
