Karen Williams is The Book Mentor. She specialises in working with business owners, entrepreneurs and thought leaders who want to write a non-fiction book who have a story to tell or a message to share and they want this book to build their business, credibility and expert status.
She trained as a coach in 2006 and started Self Discovery Coaching. She then wrote her first book, The Secrets of Successful Coaches, in 2009 whilst undertaking her NLP Master Practitioner qualification. It was published in 2011 and it wasn't long before she realised the difference that writing a book can make to a business.

Jeremy Lazarus is a highly qualified and experienced professional in the field of business, coaching and sport. He has been coaching professionally since 1999 and running NLP and coaching courses since 2000. Prior to setting up The Lazarus Consultancy Ltd In 1999, he was a management consultant, corporate treasurer and Finance Director and has over 35 years of business experience.

Jeremy has helped Britain’s elite pistol shooters in the mental aspects of their preparation for the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in 2014 and at the London 2012 Olympics.
He is a guest lecturer at Middlesex University on sports science courses and was for several years an accredited lecturer for coaching-based Master's Degrees run in partnership with The Performance Solution.
