Customer Reviews
Great Insight
Stumbled across this podcast two days ago and can’t stop listening gone back to the beginning and live everything about it.
Amazing work
Could be better
If you want to hear a couple guys compare the Wynn to other casino hotels and then laugh at the other properties because the service level isn’t as high, then this is the show for you. Their lack of understanding of a customer segment won’t get in the way of ridiculing non-Wynn properties as apples to apples. The sycophantic dribblings of Wynnisms are unfortunately (and unnecessarily) weaved into conversations out of context and devalue the main points.
If it wasn’t for the fanboy ramblings this would be a good listen.
