Before starting with RNT, Jay had been trying for decades to get into the shape he so badly desired. After trying everything under the sun, he looked at himself in the mirror one day and decided enough was enough, and took the plunge into RNT after seeing some results of people he knew. The rest is history, and he’s now living a lifestyle solution where he’s in shape year round, and doing things he never thought were possible!
