ZERO TO HERO - LOADS OF REVENUE BUT NO PROFIT
Most entrepreneurs are building businesses that do not make any money and there are too many who have a LOT of revenue and very little to show for it in bottom line profit.
Mo and his business partner James were in this boat. They had seven figure revenues, but very little idea on how much of that was actually being transformed into profit.
