In today's episode, I am joined by Ben Torres - a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is on a mission to helping people get out of pain, get their body moving and teaches them how to move it right. 

He goes by the name of Ben, but I personally call him 'Mr. Mobility' as he is my go-to-guy for all things mobility related.  If you have been affected by physical pain in any sort of way then you need to listen to this podcast.  Equally, if you aren't in any pain then you need to listen to this podcast because prevention is more important than treatment.
