She’s been helping women to leave their anxieties and limiting beliefs behind to step into their power for the last 8 years after walking away from corporate life to start her own therapy practice. She truly believes it is the best job in the world, so much so that last year she was a finalist for my work in Healthcare at the Mighty Women Awards in Belfast.
We are going to unpack what anxiety is and why women feel the need to be perfect and what you can do to help alleviate these negative emotions.
