A HUGE Thank You

This has been my favourite podcast for a number of years now. Gary and Matt make it super fun with the constant banter and inside jokes. In addition, their knowledge of the game is excellent.

My wife and I live and work abroad in China, so keeping up to date on college basketball has been tough. The Eye has made this possible and a helluva lot of fun as well.

In January, my wife and I were forced to leave China due to the Coronavirus and due to the fact that she was pregnant with our first child. After returning to London, her hometown, our daughter was born premature at 31 weeks. Needless to say, the last 3 weeks have been the most difficult of my life. We are in hospital everyday supporting our daughter, Ava Grace, amidst a growing outbreak of Covid19 in the UK. To cut a long story short, listening to your podcast has been one of the only things that has brought a sense of normalcy to my life. Without sounding overly sappy, your podcast has been a source of relief, a much needed laugh and an opportunity to switch off from the madness.

Despite the cancellation of the tournament, you guys have pressed on, in difficult situations as parents yourselves, and provided us with our much needed fix of not just college hoops chat but entertainment and levity.

Thank you so much for what you do.

Kind regards,

David

Best Podcast for college hoops

Hi, living in the uk following college sports can be difficult so having a great podcast like this can help me mop up some of the smaller details I miss through the night. I work in the betting industry and I picked seton hall pre season at 70/1 (uk odds) and I am hoping they can clinch a two seed in the tournament, they have two huge games in the week will back to back wins against ranked opponents be enough for a two seed? Love the show, cmon the pirates
