In my fifth solo I share my thoughts and musings on why we need to employ daily tools for mental wellness and how this supports us, in this episode:
I share after making sure you’re getting any professional help you may require, why daily practises help support this process and your life beyond this.  I discuss the importance of reaching for the positive without bypassing. Why gratitude and appreciation is important on a daily basis and how this has helped me. I share why finding the right type of meditation is the key. The importance of tailoring things to you and why this is vital to creating sustainability. Why doing daily things that support your nervous system in the long term, put your body out of fight and flight mode.  Often we have time constraints, I share my thoughts around this and how we can always find a few minutes. Why its important to recognise this isn’t about being perfect, you can begin again over and over. It’s maintaining this consistently. How this has helped my life.
