Hope it’s coming back!
Have gotten into this podcast very late, but currently working through every episode! Have found it so insightful and helpful as I have recently started weight training after a lifetime of hating exercise. Listening to the girl gains is keeping my motivation up and I am really enjoying it now! Really hope that it is renewed for another series as I’ll be running out of episodes soon!
Excellent podcast
I am a 49 year old man, perhaps not your normal demographic. I started listening last year to help me support my teenage daughter. This podcast is so good, fun, informative and honest. My daughter now listens. I still live listening because listening to people being honest and open about themselves their feelings has helped me accept myself. I wanted to help my daughter but in the end it has probably helped me more! Thanks
