Self care episode

I found this so helpful, love insight into how self care isn’t just bubble baths and face masks but a deeper awareness of meeting our basic physiological needs-off to complete the mindful self care scale to help me on my journey...thanks for this episode Nadia.

A really powerful message that is eloquently presented that offers so much food for thought about our body image. It’s helped me a lot in breaking free from any expectations and understanding where my pre-conceived ideas about bodies (and my own) come from.
