    Wir sprechen u.a. darüber, welchen Einfluss die Themen Ernährung und Gewicht auf ihr Leben haben, über Stigmatisierung und Diskriminierung durch unsere (westliche) Gesellschaft, über intuitives Essen und wie wichtig es ist, dem eigenen Körper zu vertrauen, darüber, was ihr auf dem Weg zu mehr Selbstliebe am meisten geholfen hat, dass hinter Übergewicht oft mehr steckt, als zu wenig Bewegung und eine falsche Ernährung und warum wir uns alle mehr in Offenheit und Akzeptanz üben dürfen.
