My favourite podcast - always gives me positive coping strategies
I really love to hear how we can shed positive light on our mental health. It’s so comforting to hear that no matter what stage of our life we are in, we all go through similar feelings during our lives. Britt is the perfect host, I find her relatable, chirpy and bubbly. She really connects with every guest she has on her show and talks about sensitive topics with care and consideration. I feel like Britt is my best friend offering advice which is why I always listen to this podcast❤️ I highly recommend this podcast
