Simply amazing!

I came across Hand in Hand by chance on Facebook around 5 months ago and I haven’t looked back since. These podcasts have changed my life in such a positive way. I’m more aware of my own needs (didn’t think I really had any!) and I’ve become a parent who has the most effective and loving tools that has made my job as a parent enjoyable and rewarding. Thank you both for being so open and honest - it truly has made a significant difference! Will miss these podcasts hurry back!

So glad I found this podcast- life changer!

Love this podcast, even all the episodes of issues I haven’t had to deal with yet ( my son is only just two) I feel like the tools and stories and experiences shared by Elle and Abigail have given me so much confidence in my ability to lovingly parent my son in a way that I can feel good about. The podcast is a light, chatty but so useful tool to understand the hand in hand tools in daily life and I love it!! Thank you for dedicating so much time to this ❤️
