Useful tips and thought provoking discussions

Love this podcast-I read The Happiness Project several years ago and listen when I run. Always pick up a useful tip or two and love the interaction between Gretchen and Elizabeth. I’ve been listening since the beginning so have only got to episode 143 so far. Will catch up sometime this year as I listen 2-3 times a week. My whole family (including my 6 year old) have just done their ‘20 for 2020’. Happy New Year!

Just a little bit happier ... is a lot. 😊

This is the first podcast I ever listened to - I heard about it from Gretchen’s blog and immediately decided to check out what this whole “podcast” thing was about. 5 years later, and I’m still listening. It is a wonderful pick me up whatever kind of day I’m having, always focusing on the things that we can do ourselves to make our lives, and maybe even the lives of those around us, just a bit happier.
Honestly, I’ve found out that just listening to people talking about happiness for 30-40 minutes, is enough to improve my mood. 😂
