Makes me feel happy

This is a great podcast, really upbeat and makes you feel happier in itself. Loads of practical tips which reinforce Gretchen’s books and help you put her ideas into action.

Sarah from England ,

Don’t underestimate it!

This podcast is lovely to listen to, Gretchen and Elizabeth immediately put me in a good mood. But also, the content is so valuable - going beyond the cliched gratitude lists and meditation to actually building a life that happier from the inside out.

Enlightening Entertaining and Everything Else too

I am new to podcasts and found the Happiness Project when deciding what to try first. It has literally changed and enhanced my life like no other single resource ever has. It’s like combining self help, self reflection, positive thinking, entertainment and enlightenment all in one very entertaining package. I truly love this podcast, it has changed my life!!
