Throughout life I'm sure, like us, you've experienced many times when you felt happy and then something, without warning took that feeling of happiness away. It could be the loss of a loved one, relationship, job, home or even our health.

We can feel disappointed, sad and lost and our subconscious mind then hangs onto this and equates happiness with endings. Essentially it believes avoiding happiness avoids pain.

So it stands to reason we need to consciously practice being happy again - and know it’s safe to do so.

In this episode we explore what’s really going on, why there should be no guilt attached to feeling this way, and give you some tips on how to reclaim the happiness and joy you deserve…
