I’ve recently started listening to James & Claire and really enjoy their approach. Each podcast is jam packed with takeaway tips - either from their own experience, from evidence based research, or a combination of the two. They cover so many important topics, always in a really relatable chatty style. Highly recommend for anyone on a health journey wanting to dig deeper into what derails us, why, and how to stay on track.
