I have never reviewed a podcast before but I feel compelled to because this podcast is changing my life. I love the range of topics covered, the simplicity of the “4 pillars of health” idea which I’m now telling everyone about, the thoughtful and insightful way that you pose questions and interview your guests. I love that you aren’t afraid to broach more spiritual topics and the holistic view you take on health. This is a remarkable podcast with something in it for everyone. Thank you for keeping me motivated in my new healthy habits, I’m feeling so much benefit from making very simple but profound changes to my life based on the recommendations shared here. You were born to do this, keep going! If you ever get the chance I would love to hear an episode relating specifically to parents of young families, and tips for prioritising wellbeing during that very intense phase of life. Or perhaps a series of episodes! Or one to do with the link between creativity and wellbeing. Thank you for all that you do.

Not great. I usually love this podcast I like Dr Chatterjee and have been following him for a long time. I was really looking forward to listening to Dr Rupy but he was constantly interrupted and talked over. Gave up half way through.
Great podcast!

A really well thought out and kind approach to a range of issues!
Tedious interview technique, good guests
2 Feb
I try so hard to enjoy this show, the guests are often insightful but the interview process is so unbearably painful. It’s slow, clearly researched to a basic level, but doesn’t appear to be deeper than that. The Kipchoge interview was one of the dullest interviews I’ve ever heard. Every question has either no depth or is unnecessarily long and ends with “can you speak to that”. The interview style is so lazy and in that podcast, it’s only saved by Kipchoge giving insightful answers in spite of the poor questioning. I hate to leave a bad review, but this show is simply average, at best, and I can only imagine it’s successful because of the quality of the guests.
Like no other

As I was listening to Dr Chatterjee latest podcast on my way to the gym, in the corner of my eye I spotted this tall, attractive figure… Yep! The man himself! I did a 360 to catch up with him, compelled to talk to him sharing how much I love the podcast… I got a bit tongue tied to be honest! Dr C. was so courteous and lovely, he actually stopped and faced me to speak, although he was on his way to catch a train he took time to have a conversation and ask me questions… There was so many things I wanted to thank him for, express my appreciation of him sharing all his valuable knowledge at a very low cost and all those wonderful conversations he’s had with his guest… I said I better let you catch your train… He extended his hand to shake mine and he was off!!! So if ever happen to read this… Thank you Dr Chatterjee, you made my day in a difficult week. Gratitude
Episode: Making changes

Ive always been strong on psychology, feeling what is happening in my body and listening to my intuition so unsurprisingly I became a therapist 30 years ago. I also had an accident in my early 20’s and had to learn how to heal my own body and trust what would work for me. Listening to this podcast I applaud any doctor and anybody who can understand and implement these aspects and many more in relation to being human and their health.
Too long and waffly

I subscribed to these podcasts for almost a year but have decided to ditch the subscription. Whilst Dr Chatterjee comes across as a good and knowledgeable general practitioner, he needs to let his guests speak as they are generally more interesting than he is. I’m afraid I haven’t got two hours plus to listen to these long and windy conversations and just wish he could be more succinct and talk less. There are so many great lifestyle and functional medicine podcasts these days that at the end of the day you have to make a selection and I found I wasn’t listening to these due to their length and the difficulty in getting to the interesting nuggets of information.
