Facts are king (or queen in this case)

The most real, unbiased, and the most honest look at medical myths and pseudoscience. Rhiannon takes on the lies and misconceptions of the Internet age and gives her followers, listeners and anyone who wants to arm themselves with facts the real truth about what we put into our bodies and what we should expect to get out of them. Coming from a scientific background and actually spending years and years studying and ascertaining qualifications in multiple disciplines (more than can be said of 9 out of 10 Instagram “gurus” and “influencers”) she’s actually got the truth to back up her advice. Always seek medical advise on anything you propose on doing but if you’re honest about what you want to achieve, no medical professional worth their salt will turn you away, and here Rhiannon gives you the confidence to learn, to appreciate and to give yourself a kick start for a holistic approach to a better way of living. Give it a listen, what have you got to lose?

Rhiannon does such an amazing job of addressing the topics that seem to crop up in the world of health and nutrition. The most recent episode on vaccine hesitancy is just brilliant and so needed. Very much appreciated as a GP given the misinformation that is out there.
