Huge comfort
Have just discovered this podcast and absolutely love it. Jessica is a fantastic host. I’m having a tricky time at the moment and it’s been a huge comfort to me.
A brilliant, informative and sensitive podcast
What can I say about Hoovering other than it is the nicest, funniest adventure through food that a person could want.
Jess’ experience with the whole area around eating (from disordered eating, veganism, eating for power lifting, emotional eating, intuitive eating) really shows in the sensitive yet funny way the subject of consuming food is approached.
The one thing that really shines through though is the love Jess and her guests have for food, and the pleasure and sometimes pain they feel from feeding not only their bodies but their souls also.

New listener/subscriber and I have to say, I frickin LOVE this podcast. Jess’s honesty and love of food is truly infectious! As someone who has/does suffer with body dysmorphia and disordered eating, this podcast has seriously opened me eyes to how amazing and important food -and our attitude/relationship is towards it. Please keep doing what you’re doing Jess -it really does help those of us with complex food/body issues!
