ADHDwelbeing ,

Thank you

This has been like a warm hug and chat with close friend. Thank you for being so open and friendly helping educate us suffering with anxiety and struggling fit in.

@thewain ,

A must listen - inciteful and honest

I don’t listen to many podcasts but I did listen to this one in the car where I could give it my undivided attention. I have always been curious about OCD not least because 25 years ago a friend had weird habits that I never knew was OCD and I don’t think he did. Pandora’s box of OCD rituals was illuminating, so similar to my friend’s. What I found really interesting iwas the unboxing of OCD and eating disorder - what worked and what did not. It is also great that she has the courage to share her experiences with others and I am sure her “life” lessons will be just as meaningful to others struggling with their own demons. Looking forward to Episode 2.
