In this episode of IncrediPaul Leadership, I share a leadership talk I gave for my non-profit, NALA(STEM)'s Professional Development Series. I talk about leadership being more than a title and it being focused on influence. I mention it a lot but it's worth repeating. This session is interactive and you get to hear feedback from the audience and questions as well. Wherever you are, you can be a leaders, but first you need to see yourself as a leader!

In this episode of IncrediPaul Leadership, I talk with Dominique Graham. She currently serves as the Mentorship Chair for NALA(STEM) and is a Administrative Research Associate at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey and Program Evaluator for Michigan LSAMP.
